but that's what i don't like about some pinoys. some do not care about laws. kaya kahit na anong gawin, mahirap umasenso. laging sinisisi gobyerno. pero kaunting law, di nga masunod eh.

in the states kasi, the law always prevail, pag sinabi fines ganito....they really have to pay kaya seldom nila ginagawa
sa pinas, may law pero d naman gumagana kaya,rampant...
